Jean Georges deserves the first post on this blog. At the border of central park, inside the Trump International Hotel and Tower, sits this restaurant with a name that almost guarantee you an amazing fine dining experience.
I decided to give Jean Georges a try not only because it is a Michelin three-stars restaurant (and consistently maintain its status), but because my friend discovered that they serve great food at a rather reasonable price (comparing to other similar restaurants in the area). They service prix fixe two-plate lunch from $38 and three-course dinner from $98. For people who are willing to pay a higher price for greater enjoyment, they also have a signature tasting menu and a seasonal tasting menu for less than $200. Just a side note, their egg caviar is just heavenly.
